Who do we employ?

Software Engineers
The software team is made up of people with all levels of experience: from recent graduate software engineers to consultants and architects with a solid career behind them. We work at all levels in the software stack, typically (but by no means exclusively) on embedded Linux-based platforms, from Linux device drivers, through to application middleware and user interfaces. We work in a range of languages, depending on the project, but C, C++ and Java are particularly common.
Experience matters, but so does ability. We hire people who are intelligent, adaptable and keen to take on new challenges and tools.

Hardware Engineers
Our hardware team has a wide range of skills covering all that is needed to bring a design from a set of requirements to a finished product manufactured in volume. We employ engineers who have high speed digital and analogue design skills, PCB layout experience and who are adept at assessing designs and testing products.

Other Roles
Other roles are needed to deliver our services and we often hire to fulfil project delivery roles such as technical biased project and programme managers, and testers. We hire people with the skills and experience to deliver for our clients. That means people who can think for themselves and have taken responsibility to be at the top of their chosen game.
